WW WED

Hi, friends! The games have officially began and in ode to my husband's favorite time of the year (football season), I give you some delightful dip recipes for game days- healthy ones of course! BUT...the guys will never know! Your secret is safe with me :)
Skinny Taco Dip
What you need:• 8 oz 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese
• 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
• 16 oz jar mild salsa
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 2 large tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
• 2.25 oz black olives,
What to do:
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning and mix well with an electric mixer. Spread on the bottom of a large shallow glass dish. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and black olives. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
Servings: 24 • Serving Size: 1/24th of dip =1.5 ww pts
AND
Lighter Buffalo Chicken Dip
What you need:
• 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup fat free sour cream
• 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce (or whatever hot sauce you like)
• 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• 2 cups (2 breasts) cooked shredded chicken
What to do:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together until smooth. Add the chicken and put this in the crock pot on low for 3-4 hours. Serve warm. Makes 5 1/2 cups.
Servings: 9 • Serving Size: 1/2 cup • Calories: 107.9 = 3 ww points

  1. Ooooh! I am such a snacky person; those dips look so good! I am seriously considering making that skinny taco dip, but maybe adding some refried beans on the bottom and baking it. What do you think? :)
