Never fails... evertime I browse through the isles at TJ Maxx I find some sort of neat little something to bring home and be giddy over for a little while. This time I found the prettiest piggy-bank! $4.99-thats it! Made me wonder why these banks are "pigs" and not something a little prettier like a puppy or a flower. I know they have really branched out with the creativity when it comes to different types of banks in the past few years, but what made them choose a pig for the original bank?
